Equipment to be provided
Veil :
Tennis or water shoes, swimsuit, windbreaker, protection (goggles,
cap, sunscreen), fleece (spring, autumn).
The life jacket and wetsuit are provided by the club.
Swimming :
Swimsuit and towel.
Times and duration of sessions
Veil :
At La Flotte en Ré (very close to Rivedoux, St. Martin, Le Bois-Plage and Ste. Marie
of D), the courses take place according to the tides, the schedules therefore vary from one day to
the other.
In Rivedoux-Plage (very close to La Flotte, Ste. Marie de Ré and La Rochelle), courses take place at fixed times.
Duration of sessions: Between 1h30
and 2 hours per day for the Moussaillon and Discovery courses, between 2 hours and 3 hours for the others.
Swimming:
Fixed hours all week. Duration of sessions: 30 mins.
